Horrible experience the other day. Literally got up and left because why is there only ONE person washing and coloring everyone’s hair at the same time on a Saturday morning? Bad energy walking in, not welcoming or friendly. If Theresa herself is not standing there, don’t even bother. I think the one that manages the Sutphin blvd location is one of the sisters. Nothing like Teresa. No customer service whatsoever. I’m going to Reaction instead.

My daughter has been going here since October of last year. She has natural hair and wanted her hair straight, so I thought about this hair salon. We are extremely happy for this beautiful establishment. Every stylists here operates with a warm, welcoming and attentive service. They are very skilled, efficient and extremely fast. The prices are very reasonable, compared to other salons.
My hair is natural, the women that washed my hair did good. The other lady seem annoyed when I asked for heat protection but she did it. She didn’t care about my part being in the middle and she didn’t cut my ends even though my ends felt dry. She did a blow out, only went through the hair once with straightener and bumped my ends, which I didn’t request. She didn’t even atleast do it in a way that was nice or fit my face. When I’m paying she tells me $76 and plus tax might go up to 85, which seemed like a lot to me the tax. But it didn’t it was only $76. She also told me while I’m paying that my hair is dry and I need to cut my ends next time. When that literally should be included in the process, you guys come to agreement about how much should be cut. Imagine finding out you put heat to your head as a natural to get your ends clip and find out once the hair wrapped it wasn’t done. I will say the next day my hair did look nice after unwrapping but didn’t last long due to dry dead ends.
I really enjoyed my whole experience here with Glendy. From the front door you're greeted. I love the cleanliness and decor. From the wash to the blow, I was satisfied. I'll be back for sure
